Faith

Today I was thinking about what faith is. To me, I believe that faith is a belief in something, or a hope in something that we can’t see but KNOW has to be there.

As a mission, we are trying to increase our faith. Because we can work and work and work, but if we don’t got the faith, what are we doing? There is a scripture in Doctrine and Covenants that talks about faith and that we cannot do anything without it. So we should ask the Lord with all our faith to help us. I love this scripture. It’s so true and so great! That is something that I have been trying to work on. Strengthening my faith.

Our numbers were pretty low this week. We couldn’t find new investigators to teach. That was the first time that that has happened for me in the mission. It was tough. I cried…but that’s okay! We have to have experiences like these to get better. My district leader is really great. He was talking to us yesterday when we reported and reminded me that we need to trust in the Lord. That the Lord is so great and will help us when our desires our righteous. And that we have to do the things in His way.

All of that is so true =) So that is what I will be working on this week!
Yes here in Mexico it has been rainy! It rain a lot. I love it! =) … Sometimes, when I don’t forget my umbrella haha . But actually during the day it is hot…then at night or in the evening it pours buckets of rain.

So that’s the news from Mexico! I am glad to hear that all is well in North Dakota! The girls are so cute and growing so big!!!
